Dinner tonight

Dinner:
Marinated thinly sliced chicken breast in sun-dried tomato dressing with added garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
Rendered about 1/4 cup bacon with 1/2 cup red onion, sliced.
Added chicken, and sautéed until completely cooked.
Added alfredo sauce, and brought to temperature.
Immediately before serving, stirred in finely chopped jalapeno (to stay crisp).
Served over fettuccini and topped with fresh (cold) tomatoes.

Dessert:
"French fry" shaped Fuji apples, topped with brown sugar, and toasted.
Served in a whole wheat tortilla with chunky peanut butter and cinnamon.
Topped with cool-whip.
