3rd section - "Better than sex"
letting people die so that young girls will think twice about (but still go through with) having sex.
just a sidenote that i keep bringing up from my psychology course, the egocentricity of early adolescence and puberty prevents children from seeing the consequesnces of thier actions in the big picture. "The world revolves around them," and I know you and I both have thought in the past "It will never happen to me."
But if the bill succeeds, and the rate of teen deaths due to HPV increases, as well as the rate of teen pregnancies (as i'm sure already is, though i have no evidence) maybe the right-side will reconsider (not likely). The religious conservatists are going to be responsible for the extinction of the human race, i think.
